After Sustainability and Health, there is a new theme in town for Balanças Marques. In 2022, we will be dedicated to Personal Development. We will be (even more) dedicated to offering tools so that our employees, partners, and clients can grow alongside us.
Personal Development is a multidisciplinary area which aims to develop the skills and potentialities of every individual, contributing for the realization of dreams and goals and to improve their quality of life at all levels. It is, since always, an area that Balanças Marques tried to work on with all those who are part of the Family: employees, partners, and clients.
But in 2022 the Personal Development will be worked on in a special way in our company. We want this year to be full of hope and renewal, of dreams and growth. It will be a year dedicated to knowledge, with diverse trainings that add value to all, with activities that encourage the health and well-being and with initiatives and news targeting the success of each one.
Because we believe that the individual skills will always be part of the reason of our success.
To us there’s no doubt: the big value of Balanças Marques lies in our people. It is our employees and partners who, every day, contribute to meet our goals and keep overcoming expectations. And this is because of their commitment and talent. For this reason, in 2022, we’re going to invest even more on their Personal Development, giving them the chance to enhance their skills and train new abilities.
