• Adriana Costa, Balanças Marques Financial Department
Working at Balanças Marques since 2014, Adriana already collects several memorable moments and “funny stories in this home”. “Constantly challenged to learn new skills”, she feels that working here has been enriching. And for her, the high point of each year is Magusto, a traditional Portuguese party in which the company’s founders open their home for all the employees. “It has a special meaning because of its symbolism and the intime and familiar environment! We always feel welcomed”, she explains.
• Adriano Gomes, Balanças Marques Production Department
Adriano works in Balanças Marques’ Production Departmant since 2014. He especially likes the “freedom” he has to “create new things”, but he also values the connections that provide “moments of fun even in stressful times”. For him, the funniest moments are the company’s events. “It’s there we get together on a more relaxed environment, where we don’t thinks in each one’s job and we can give a show on the dance floor”, he reveals.
• Andreia Ferreira, Balanças Marques Commercial Department
Administration assistant on Balanças Marques Commercial Department, Andreia feels the company goes by its motto “A Group, A Family”, since the first moment she stepped in here in 2017. “Satisfied and proud” of her work, she highlights the “support on the management part, who are always available for anything necessary”. And, for her, some of the best moments are in Family’s Day. “There our motto is taken to a whole other level and the activities unite the team even more. I love it!”, she concludes.
• Tiago Lemos, Balanças Marques Commercial Department
Tiago entered “«Balanças Marques Family» in 2018”. With a “motivating and challenging” job on the International Commercial Department, he considers it’s a “huge privilege to be part of this team that leads its sector”. For him, the events are one of the best things about working here. “One of the most fun moments is definitely Family’s Day. On that day, we get together with every department for games and challenges, on an environment of total relaxation”, he describes.
